Interest Rate Policy

Not yet published

How interest rates and charges are set, shown to you before you sign, and changed.

What this policy is

An interest rate policy explains how a lender decides its rates and charges. It also explains how they are shown to the borrower before signing, and when they can change.

Who it applies to

NBFCs (non-banking finance companies) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) must have an interest rate policy approved by their board. Other lenders may have to follow state laws and licence conditions on the interest they can charge. Showing rates clearly is good practice for every lender.

Where Zera stands today

This website does not describe Zera as registered with, supervised by or approved by the RBI. Zera has not published an Interest Rate Policy.

The interest rate of each scheme is shown in the Schemes section of this website. Interest is simple, paid monthly on the outstanding principal, with no interest charged on interest. The website shows a ₹0 processing fee and no pre-closure charges.

Our FAQs explain that slab-based interest applies if you miss an interest payment, and that all applicable interest is shown to you before you accept the loan.

Rates and terms on this website are indicative. Your signed agreement sets the final terms (see the Terms of Use). Please read it, and ask about any charge you do not understand.
