Loan Policy

Not yet published

How loans are assessed and offered: eligibility, valuation, loan amount, repayment and closure.

What this policy is

A loan policy explains who can borrow and how your gold is valued. It also explains how much can be lent, for how long, how you repay, and how your gold is returned when the loan is closed.

Who it applies to

Lenders regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) must have lending policies approved by their board. Other lenders rely on their licence conditions and loan agreements. Showing the key terms clearly is good practice for any lender.

Where Zera stands today

This website does not describe Zera as registered with, supervised by or approved by the RBI. Zera has not published a Loan Policy.

Our current loans are shown in the Schemes section and the calculator. You give gold jewellery as security. Each scheme has its own interest rate, loan period (tenure) and loan-to-value, which is the share of the gold’s value that can be lent. You pay interest every month and repay the principal at the end.

These details are indicative. Loans depend on KYC (identity and address checks), gold valuation and your signed agreement, which sets the final terms.
